When Trav'in's original developer failed to deliver their mobile app just weeks before a crucial startup competition, they faced losing their chance at securing vital funding. With only 2 weeks until their pitch, they turned to Xceed Studio as their last hope. Instead of attempting an impossible development timeline, we created a comprehensive Figma prototype that perfectly showcased their gamification concept for making Singapore exploration exciting and engaging.

The pressure was immense. Trav'in had identified a real problem, Singapore can feel repetitive to both tourists and locals looking for fresh experiences. Their gamification solution was brilliant, but without a working app or compelling prototype, their funding pitch would fall flat. We had to understand their concept quickly, design an intuitive interface that judges could immediately grasp, and deliver everything with zero room for delay.
