When GovTech Bhutan approached us, they faced a critical challenge: how to effectively communicate with citizens in an increasingly digital world. Their existing social media presence wasn't reaching the people who needed government services and information most. Through strategic content creation, professional photography and videography, and data-driven social media management, we didn't just improve their online presence, we revolutionized how the Bhutanese government connects with its people.

Government communication requires a delicate balance between authority and accessibility. Citizens need to trust the information while finding it easy to understand and act upon. We developed a content strategy that maintained GovTech's official credibility while making complex technology initiatives relatable to everyday Bhutanese life. Every post, video, and graphic was designed to bridge the gap between government innovation and public understanding.

By the end of our 9-month partnership, the numbers told an incredible story. From struggling to reach 10,000 people monthly at the start, this government agency's social media consistently engaged over 100,000 citizens each month by July 2024. This 1020% increase in engagement meant government technology initiatives, digital services, and important announcements successfully reached the majority of Bhutan's connected population. Our comprehensive coverage of government-sponsored events like the NDI Hackathon showcased Bhutan's growing tech ecosystem to both local and international audiences.
