Engineering
UX Engineer
Thimphu, Bhutan
Full-time
On-site
Opened 24 July 2026, 9 AM · Closes 7 August 2026, 5 PM
Competitive salary, set by skill and experience.
You will sit where design meets code. You design the interface, then you build it, and it ships to real users. You will work beside our designers, marketers, and founders to take products from concept to production. Experience level does not decide this hire. Your work does. Early in your career or deep into it, show us what you can build.
What you'll do
- Design and build the interfaces for our client sites and studio products.
- Turn product requirements and user research into clean, accessible interfaces.
- Write production-ready frontend code and ship it to real users.
- Build reusable components and keep our design system honest.
- Prototype interactions and test them before committing to a full build.
- Push for design quality, usability, and speed in everything we ship.
What you'll bring
- React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and modern CSS. Or work that proves you can pick them up fast.
- Design ability we can see. A portfolio, personal projects, or shipped work.
- Comfortable in Figma or similar design tools.
- You understand responsive design and web fundamentals.
- You can explain a design or technical call in plain words.
- You learn quickly and iterate without being asked.
Don't tick every box? If the work excites you, apply anyway.
Nice to have
- Tailwind CSS or component libraries like shadcn/ui.
- Accessibility standards. You know what WCAG 2.2 asks of a page.
- Prototyping, motion, or interaction design.
- Formal education in design, computer science, or a related field. Welcome, not required.
What we offer
- Real client projects from day one, not busywork.
- Your design and your code, both credited to you.
- A studio where your work is visible and your calls matter.
- A say in how we build. Tools, stack, and process are open for debate.
What happens next
- We read your application and reply within a week.
- A call with the team. Bring your questions.
- If we're both in, you get an offer.

What you'll do
- Create and schedule content across our social channels.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns from idea to execution.
- Turn our work and wins into case studies people actually read.
- Track what performs, report on it, and adjust what we do next.

- Bring your own ideas and run the projects you own.

- You learn quickly and iterate without being asked.
- Organized and reliable. You keep your own calendar honest.
Don't tick every box? If the work excites you, apply anyway.
